Feelpure

Feelpure™ is system for treating exhaust gases, for use on diesel vehicles already in circulation (retrofitting) and able to reduce particulate emissions by over 90%.

The filter system developed by Pirelli Ambiente Eco Technology:

• is made of a silicon carbide filter (SiC).
• Entails the use of an organometallic additive dissolved in the fuel required for the regeneration of the filter.
• Can be adopted on all types of engine - from Euro 0 to Euro 4 - that use fuels with normal levels of sulphur.
• Can be applied to buses, trucks, earth moving machinery (mines, building sites, tunnels), diesel trains and generator sets.
• Has been tested by Eni Technologie laboratories, by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre JRC Ispra and by TTM-University of Biel according to the VERT qualification programme.
